Autograph and Photograph FAQsPlease allow plenty of time on the day to get the autographs and photos you have purchased in advance or intend to get at the con.
Sometimes guest’s schedules can change for multiple reasons, and we are unable to determine how busy each guest will be on the day. Guests will also need breaks where they will not be available to the public. We are unable to issue refunds for photo and autograph opportunities if you leave early or arrive late to the event. You will need a general entry ticket to purchase autographs and selfies with guests within the venue. Buy your general entry tickets to the event. Guests will provide an image which will be signed for free when purchasing an autograph. If you would like a personal item signed instead, this is at the discretion of the guest and their representatives. Guests reserve the right to refuse to sign personal items. Scroll down for Peggy the Dog's full schedule which will be split into dedicated Selfie and Pawtograph hours. Please note that our guest authors will be attending on Saturday only, and their books can be pre-ordered for £20 for collection at the venue via the form below. Book pre-order costs include a signature from the author. Signatures from our guest authors on your own books can be purchased at the venue in person at their table. You can also register for our Fantasy Book Club to hear from each of our authors - from informal chats about writing and world‑building, to open Q&A, to optional short readings chosen by the author on the day. These will be limited capacity, so make sure to book in to claim your space ahead of the event! |

All photographs with Peggy the Dog will be at a custom set up at her guest table, available as a pay on the day opportunity, and Peggy will not be participating in professional photography sessions.
Peggy's day will be segmented into dedicated Selfie and Pawtograph sessions - please see below for her schedule. Peggy's selfies and Pawtographs will be sold at £40 each. |

Pre-purchase a professional photoshoot with your favourite celebrity at Capital Sci-Fi Con! Photography sessions are hosted by the amazing Doctor Bell's Magical Mirrorless Picturebox. Please see photoshoot booking system on the left for each guest over Saturday and Sunday. Photoshoot slots are available on a first come, first served basis and can be purchased via the below form. We aim to avoid changes and disruptions to schedules, but please note that guests timetables may change for a variety of reasons. If changes are made to the timetable we'll be in touch to inform any impacted ticketholders. Max 2x adults and 2x children per photoshoot. Photoshoot tickets are non-refundable. Photoshoots can also be purchased on the day (subject to availability) at the CHAS table in the main concourse. Photoshoot tickets are not valid without having already purchased an admission for the day of the photoshoot selected. e .g. you cannot buy a photoshoot for Saturday without an admission ticket for Saturday. You must arrive at the Newmart Photography Suite 5 minutes before the start time of the photoshoot and form an orderly queue. Names will be checked off whilst in the queue and if you haven't purchased a ticket, you will be asked to leave the queue and purchase one. 40 tickets will be available for each timeslot online. Subject to availability, there may be tickets available for purchase on the day which will be purchasable at the Welcome Desk. These will be available to purchase in person on the day of the selected photoshoot subject to availability - e.g. you can't buy a Sunday photoshoot slot in person on Saturday, this must be purchased on the day of the selected photoshoot. We are unable to issue refunds for photo and autograph opportunities if you leave early or arrive late to the event.
